It’s about a guy who pays hackers to get files. He is trying to hack the Pentagon. There’s a cop who is trying to stop him. After the hackers have done their job, they will get killed. The cop saves one hacker who almost died. The hacker needs to help the cop. The mean guy kidnaps the daughter of the cop. In the end, he stops the mean guy. The hacker falls in love with the daughter of the cop.
